*Must reside in the state of Oklahoma*

We are hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift currently

• Permanent Schedules:
  • 1st Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 3:00 AM CST 7:00 PM CST.
  • 2nd Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 11:00 AM CST 3:00 AM CST.
  • 3rd Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 7:00 PM CST 11:00 AM CST.
• Training Monday-Friday for 2 weeks, then starting week 3 you will have a more permanent work schedule.
• Must be available to work weekends

Key Responsibilities

If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support.

Requirements

Skills and Knowledge Customer Service Representative

You MUST have your own equipment. Listed below are our requirements.

• A Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer ( > or = 12.00GB RAM & > 4000 CPU).
• A Dual Monitor Setup (or laptop and extend display to single monitor).
• An Ethernet cable connected to your Windows Desktop/ Laptop.
• A Webcam.
• A Headset with a Microphone.
• A Computer Mouse.

Education and Experience Customer Service Representative

• High School Diploma / GED equivalent
