Job Description

Description

Ready to Start Getting More From Your Real Estate License?

Getting licensed is one thing. Learning how to consistently find clients, build a pipeline, and turn your activity into closed business is another.

We're looking for motivated agents who want more structure, coaching, and accountability around their real estate career. Whether you recently earned your license or have been in the business but haven't built the momentum you expected, this opportunity gives you a clearer path forward.

You'll work with experienced professionals who are actively producing and learn the daily activities that create results. That includes prospecting, following up with buyers and sellers, building relationships, setting appointments, and guiding clients from the initial conversation through closing.

You'll also have access to proven systems, ongoing coaching, and a structured approach to tracking your activity and pipeline so you always know where your business stands and what you need to focus on next.

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, is coachable, and is ready to consistently put in the work required to build their business.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Competitive commission structure and flexible scheduling available.

Applicants should have an active real estate license or be actively working toward obtaining one.

If you're ready to stop guessing about what to do next and start building your real estate business with the right structure and support, apply today and let's talk.

Responsibilities

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build rapport and trust.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to guide clients through the real estate process.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals, demonstrating your drive and commitment.
