Job Description

To support revenue cycle operations, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the collection of claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while reducing denial rates and bad debt in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities: Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues, utilizing Payer Portals for claim disposition Analyze denial trends and recommend process improvements to enhance collection rates and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) Document all case activities and communications in the system to maintain accurate records and schedule necessary follow-ups Required qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in home infusion billing and/or collections High School Diploma with specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections Proven understanding of billing processes and systems across various payer types Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear records of activities Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
